Title: CLIP: DMC Press Conference UK

Jesse - July 6, 2006 04:58 PM (GMT)
Thanks to OrlandoBloomMultimedia for supplying this clip from the London Press Conference, which looked like a very small affair. Orlando had very little to say and what he was asked, was once again about Kate in Superman. No question at all about his role in the film. There is most certainly more footage than this, and Orlando may well have been asked questions pertaining to the film, but going by his body language he looks unhappy.

Have you seen the part where Keira tells the media about her family's history with Anorexia? She said her mother and grandmother suffered with it. This was in response to her being asked to comment on the rumors that she suffered with Anorexia.

Oh no, I haven't heard that part, it wasn't on there.

The focus was mostly on Johnny. He was asked how he creates his characters and said he uses his daughters Barbies to create the characters and voices.

He said he feels that Jack has arrived..he arrived in the first film and the whole idea of the expansive arc of the character is...bollocks!

Kiera talks about Johnny and says he won't do the full 'Jack Sparrow' if the camera is on her and how funny the off-camera shots are. She and Orlando said there will be some hilarious out-takes with everyone just 'pissing themselves laughing'.

Orlando gets asked about Kate and Superman - very awkward and you can see it.

Then finally Johnny says he's happy to continue playing Jack, not for the money but because he loves the character and just loves playing the guy.
