These are lovely Orlandolad.

No.3 is my definite favourite, I always loved that picture.

:thankyou:

:thankyou: OrlandoLad for sharing the information. I think I like the 2nd one the best. Do you know what the frames that they metioned look like by any chance? :sidi:

You're very welcome, LondonLioness23 and Jesse. Always happy to share.

LondonLioness23, from what I've seen when I've visited the Acme Archives booth (an affiliate of Fox) at the San Diego Comic Con, they go to great pains to frame things beautifully. Usually some understated, black satin frame that doesn't detract from the art inside. All I could find on the site about their frames was this page of info here:
Framing FAQs

Hope that's of some use to you.

All three images are lovely (the last one is quite iconic, eh Jesse?), but I lean towards the first two images as they highlight those beautiful eyes of his, not to mention all that luxurious hair (which, for someone rumbling around out in the desert all the time, looks darn well kept!)

I can't decide which ones I like but to tell you the truth, this film is one of my favorites of his.

Orlandolad, I agree about the eyes. It is when critics say he is wooden in some of his performances that set me off. If you look at the first picture, the look on his face, and expression in his eyes just speaks volumes. He is one of the few actors that I know who can say a whole speech and convey a message with just the look in his eye or an expression on his face.

Even the part where Sybilla rides into the courtyard and she tries to kiss him. He averts his face. It isn't only her kiss he is refusing but the offer that was made to him, and some just don't get that.

Very much so OrlandoLad. I remember the first time I saw it and just thinking... WOW! :twitch:

I totally agree with the way Orlando shows emotion in his eyes. One of the best examples I can think of is in FOTR when they emerge from the mines of Moria. The emotion conveyed there is incredible.

They are all wonderful! Thank you so much for posting, OrlandoLad! :friends:
