This clip of the very early days of filming Elizabethtown (9th July 04) comes from the TV station Wave3News.
The crew were based at South Oldham High School, Oldham County and this particular scene (Drew in the red T-Shirt on his road trip home)...



...was shot on Covered Bridge Road, Crestwood KY, which I think I'm right when I say it is just outside of Louisville.
