| On Tuesday, Dan Gorman, a location scout for Paramount Motion Pictures, surveyed Elizabethtown's Public Square, telling local business and school leaders that the movie, starring Orlando Bloom and Kirsten Dunst, will be shooting for one day in Elizabethtown, on July 20, in Public Square. "I am so happy they have chosen to come at least one day," said Edith Dupin, president of the Elizabethtown-Hardin County Chamber of Commerce. Elizabethtown is one of four sites in Kentucky where the movie will be filmed. Here, it will focus on the old courthouse, and will force city officials to close traffic in Public Square for a day. The other locations are in Louisville, Lexington and Versailles. |
