Just to alert all members that the PM system is currently running real SLOOOOOOOW or not sending messages at all. This issue has been on and off over the weekend from many servers and has now hit our server.
Hopefully it won't be too long before normal service is resumed.

Apologies for any inconvenience. I'll let you know when the system is back to normal.
