The only odd thing that Orlando Bloom recalls sleeping in are the pointed ears he wore when he was playing Legolas, the 2931-year-old elf in The Lord Of The Rings.
"I had to wear a blond wig, blue contact lenses and huge pointy elf-ears," he says.
"It took over two hours to put the ears on and some days I would be told that I wasn't needed until much later, so I would go back to my house and catch up on some sleep with my ears still glued on.
"One morning I woke up with the ears stuck to the pillow. I had quite a struggle to get loose."

I love that picture. The elf ears always fascinate me. Do you remember the scene where Aragorn is with Arwen and he puts his hand to her ear. The light almost shines through them and gives her such an ethereal look.
There is a lovely clip somewhere of Orlando having his ears applied. I think its one one of the DVD's but not sure which one.
