Ooooh, my videogame geekiness can help clarify this...
This was voice over work Orlando did for the EA The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers videogame that was released about a month before The Two Towers film. EA didn't have the sense of foresight to leap upon the franchise in time to make a movie-licensed Fellowship game, so The Two Towers (which I own, of course :lol:) includes some Fellowship levels as well.
Anyhow, you can play as Legolas, Gimli or Aragorn throughout the whole game, and the more levels you complete, the more bonus features you unlock, and one of them is a behind the scenes of the voice overs. In fact, this clip is from the generic making of clip which you get at the very beginning before you've completed anything I do believe, I know for a fact there's a special 3-minute odd Orlando only extra unlockable where he talks about recording for the game and videogames generally, that you only unlock when you've got so far playing as Legolas (same for Viggo and John as Aragorn/Gimli respectively).
It's just a shame that he was unavailable to lend his voice to the Return of the King videogame, or Kingdom Hearts 2 (which featured Will Turner). It's a shame really, because both Kingdom Hearts 2 and Return of the King are much better games. :(
