I have The Lost Disc Edition.

It's a presentation box containing the two disc edition of the first film and also a third 'Lost' disc. On this disc you will find more behind-the-scenes footage and some more featurettes...

Becoming Captain Jack
Becoming Barbossa
Thar She Blows
The Monkeys Name Is Jack
More 'Fly On The Set'
Pirates Around The World
Spirit Of The Ride
Dead Men Tell No Tales
Sneak Attack Animatic
(Total Running Time: 1 hour 15 minutes)

However, there is very little of Orlando on the third disc, but it is still very interesting. Screencaps of Orlando from 'The Lost Disc' can be found HERE

ETA: At one time it was possible just to buy The Lost Disc on it's own, but I think it is only now available in the box set.
