This Timeline will never be completed as long as Orlando continues to work in the entertainment industry. It is going to start on 13th January 1977 and will be updated regularly with items pertaining to his films, theatre work, charity work, social life or important events in his personal life. Whilst signing autographs at the stage door Orlando narrowly escapes injury when a glass bottle is thrown towards him by a group of drunks.

26 October: The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office announced Orlando would not face any charges stemming from the accident. According to the D.A.'s charge evaluation worksheet, Orlando was being shadowed by four paparazzi-filled cars and one car full of fans in the early morning hours. The report indicates that two of the camera-wielding pursuers attempted to cut off the black 2003 Toyota Matrix being driven by Orlando, causing him to swerve into a Porsche Cayenne parked on the side of the street. As documented by paparazzi footage and noted in the D.A. report, Orlando walked approximately 60 feet away from the cars. However, the D.A. says Orlando wasn't attempting to flee the scene but rather sought "to avoid paparazzi's continued pursuit." Orlando returned to the crash site within moments. (Source: E! News)
