Found this today whilst having my weekly prowl around the magazine stand! :lol:
Scans from a free supplement magazine 'Movie Idols' that is included in the sealed bag with the November issue of 'The Works' magazine (UK).
I had to scan the page in two separate parts because it opens out to an A3 size and consequently will not fit into my scanner! :rolleyes:

Also included on the page opposite is an A3 poster of a picture from the LA Premiere, very similar to this...
